Well, actually…we’re bringing the BRAWL back in 2024!!!

MENSCH CROSSFIT is hosting the 3rd annual Basement Brawl.

When: Saturday May 4th, 2024 @ 8am

Location: Mensch CrossFit, Fayetteville, AR

Structure: 2 person Teams (FF, MF or MM)

Divisions: Jedi (RX) and Padawan (Scaled)

Cost: $210**

Registration opens: 1/28/2024 @ 7pm

Registration closes: 4/14/2024 @ 6pm

**increase to $230 on 4/7

***As with all CrossFit workouts: Prepare for the unknown and unknowable. The below is just a rough guide.***

Barbell Movements – 135/95 or heavier
Running – You just might have to
DB’s – 50/35 or heavier
Sand Bags – 150/100
Rope Climbs – possibly legless
MU’s – Ring and Bar
Chest-To-Bar Pull-Ups
Toes-To-Bar
Handstand Walks
Double Unders – Possibly with a Drag Rope
Wallballs – 20/14
Box Jumps – 30″/24″

PADAWAN
