Incredible experience, gym, community, and owners. One of the coolest gyms that we have dropped in. Massive venue and the coaching was great. Best Crossfit gym in Fay! Very clean and spacious gym. We love love the owners!! The coaches are all very informative and great at teaching, helping you understand movements well and are great at reaching each person one on one! I dropped in from out of town and Tina was very welcoming. Great coaching and an amazing space to say the least. Bathrooms, showers and extra area for open gym. I could not recommend this gym enough if you’re living in the Fayetteville area or just passing through.
