I dropped in during my visit to NWA for the week and just wanted to say thanks.

It's an awesome gym with an even more awesome crew running the show. Definitely worth giving this place a go.

I moved to Fayetteville for Graduate school. I felt very lonely and was 9 hours away from home, so I didn’t have my family close by. I decided to join CrossFit because I wanted to feel a sense of community in this new place. The first place I visited was mensch (solely because their socials make it look so fun and welcoming) and I fell IN love. This gym has given me a family away from family and the bestest friends a girl could ever ask for. The workouts are for sure hardcore, but the people are absolutely amazing. I've been going to this gym for only about three months and I really like this gym. They take the time to help you with movements that your not familiar with ( for me olympic lifting) and helping improve movements that you're more comfortable with. I've seen them help people at all levels from beginners to high level crossfitters. I would suggest this gym to anyone interested.
