One of the best CrossFit gyms in NWA! Huge space, sauna, pristine equipment, top tier programming, and intentional coaching all at a very competitive rate. Highly highly recommend!

I moved to Fayetteville for Graduate school. I felt very lonely and was 9 hours away from home, so I didn’t have my family close by. I decided to join CrossFit because I wanted to feel a sense of community in this new place. The first place I visited was mensch (solely because their socials make it look so fun and welcoming) and I fell IN love. This gym has given me a family away from family and the bestest friends a girl could ever ask for. The workouts are for sure hardcore, but the people are absolutely amazing. I’m proud to call myself a mensch member and don’t know how I would have survived grad school without this gym.

I've been going to this gym for only about three months and I really like this gym. They take the time to help you with movements that your not familiar with ( for me olympic lifting) and helping improve movements that you're more comfortable with. I've seen them help people at all levels from beginners to high level crossfitters. I would suggest this gym to anyone interested.

Great gym, I was visiting Fayetteville and found Mensch as a place to drop in for a couple of WOD's. I met the owners and a couple of coaches and they were very welcoming. The facility is very nice, has top-notch equipment, and is built in a basement so temperature control is great. Next time I'm in NWA, I will stop in.

Absolutely love this place! I recently moved to Fayetteville and joining this gym has been the best decision I could have made. Mike & Tina are extremely helpful and genuinely care about their members. The gym is squeaky clean and the equipment is top end. Mike is a fantastic coach, knows his stuff and will motivate you to be your best. Gym has a great community. 11/10 would recommend Mensch Crossfit!

Best Gym in NWA If you are nervous about CrossFit, call Mike! He'll make you feel at home and you will meet some wonderful people as you get fit! CrossFit Mensch is more than a CrossFit gym. Mike and the team of coaches are committed to getting the best out of every member, regardless of your starting point. I have personally been apart of 3 other gyms and visited countless others. With that said, I can honestly say it is the best gym I have ever been to and my overall life has changed as a result of joining Mensch. If you haven't seen the gym, you need to stop by. The facility is amazing! It is very spacious, clean and safe. All new equipment and people there ready to treat you like family on day 1. From your first workout to advanced athletes, Mike & the team are ready to help you grow every step of the way. (Been a member for a year now for reference)
